Beach Proposal
Nusa Dua, Bali
March 27, 2026
Caleb reached out to us some days before their trip Bali with his girlfriend Ashlee. He already knew he wanted to propose during the trip, but wasn’t sure how to execute something at that scale from Australia. Coordinating a setup, finding the right beach, and especially organizing elements like pyrotechnics felt difficult to manage remotely as he didnt know Bali well enough. His main reason for contacting us was to make sure everything would be handled professionally and run exactly as planned on the day.
Caleb had a clear direction: he wanted something visually strong and memorable. The setup should be in fully red as this is her favoruite colour. A simple setup wasn’t what he had in mind. He was looking for a proposal that would stand out and feel like a proper moment.
His main request was a triple-arch setup with red florals to create a bold centerpiece. On top of that, he wanted to include pyrotechnics to elevate the experience and add a celebratory element right after the proposal. After that a romantic dinner on the beach made the evening perfect.
We recommended a white sand beach in Nusa Dua, as it offers a clean, open space that works well for larger setups and allows for safe use of pyrotechnics. We installed three large heart-shaped arches covered in red roses to create depth and structure. A red carpet aisle led toward the center point, framed by candles and additional florals to guide the entrance.
For the highlight, cold pyrotechnic fountains were placed on both sides of the setup and timed to go off right after the proposal, adding a strong visual finish without interfering with the moment itself. The entire setup was designed to feel clean, structured, and visually impactful against the white sand and ocean backdrop.
Ashlee thought they were just going for a walk along the beach. As they approached, the setup became visible from a distance. The arches, the red tones, and the overall scale immediately standing out.
Caleb led her down the aisle toward the center, where he shared what he had planned to say and asked her to marry him.
Right after she said yes, the pyrotechnics went off, marking the moment and turning it into a full celebration.
"I had a clear idea of what I wanted, but no clue how to actually organize it from Australia. Everything was set up exactly as planned, and the timing was perfect. It made the whole experience easy and stress-free."
