Background

Charlotte and Tom are a couple from the UK who reached out to us three months before their trip to Bali. Tom was planning to propose and wanted something beautiful, personal, and well thought out—without feeling over the top. The idea: a beach proposal in full pink, Charlotte’s favorite color, with a private guitarist and a dinner setup to follow.

Client Expectations

Tom envisioned a setup that was romantic but simple. A heart-shaped flower arch in pink, real roses forming a circle in the sand, soft candlelight, and a live musician playing their favorite songs. It was important to him that the moment felt intimate and intentional. After the proposal, they wanted to enjoy a quiet dinner directly on the beach.

Our Tailored Solution

We created a full pink setup at sunset on a quiet beach in Nusa Dua. A large floral heart arch became the centerpiece, surrounded by hundreds of fresh roses arranged in a circle. LED candles added a warm glow as the light faded. A guitarist played live and sang softly as the couple arrived. After the proposal, Charlotte and Tom moved to their private beach dinner—a beautifully styled table under the open sky, just a few meters from the ocean.

Outcome

Charlotte was genuinely surprised. She spotted the setup from a distance, and the live music gave it an emotional touch from the first moment.
